crashing and qrtz won't work

I've been experiencing a lot of crashing I'm always having to restart ME just for it to work right. i also purchased from I LOVE QC some qtrz videos thats was made for ME and serato video. it works perfect for serato but i get nothing in ME

Perhaps you can e-mail me your crash reports and I can have a look at what might be causing the crashing. As for the I LOVE QC content - I think that most of it is made for Serato Video, and not really fully compatible with MixEmergency.

will do i also had to completely abandon M.E. this weekend for some reason it keeps turning on effects for out of nowhere and i can't turn it off. i don't understand why this video tool is so expensive but it don't work right

It sounds like the Mixer FX (these are automatic effects that are applied when you move the EQ controls). You can disable these by opening the Mixer FX window (in the menu bar select Window, then Mixer FX) and then disabling all the pink/yellow buttons.
