ME and Serato SL4 Box

At a club I play at they use a SL4 box for Serato and every time I try to use ME only my left deck seems to respond to ME with the right acting as if it's in stand alone mode. Any suggestions and what could be happening or going wrong?

Which decks do you have set as the Primary decks? Are you using Serato DJ or Scratch Live?

I'm using Serato DJ the latest verison. I am using decks One and Four on the SL4 box.

And those are the decks that Serato DJ is set to use the as the Primary decks in the settings? If not, try using decks 1 & 2.

I do not see anywhere in the settings to change primary decks. Do you know where they are?

I'm out of the office at the moment, so can't check. From what I recall, on the SL 4, you can only set them to either 1 & 2, or 2 & 3. It should be in the Serato DJ settings, likely under the Audio tab (note that you'll need the hardware connected to change this).
