Hey so I have a weird question At home I use a SL1 box and a pioneer 800, so when I set up all my midi I linked the crossfader to a crossfader from a midi app on my ipad. When I got to the club, I hook into a Rane 57, and ME immediately keyed in to linking to the main crossfader on the 57 AS WELL as my crossfader on my on my midi app. When I deselected link crossfader in ME, both cross faders stopped working. Is there a way I can map my midi app's crossfader to a channel that controls ME's crossfader in a way that will not be disrupted by connecting it to a 57? or can i disable the 57 to sending a signal that ME will pick up? I really really don't want to control ME's crossfader with the 57, and with my setup at home I was fully prepared. It was only once I introduced the 57 at my live set that I started to pull my hair out.... luckily my work around was to turn off all linking and just use one touch auto fade all night... but id rather have control. what's the solution here???
