To be honest, it's hard to say in this case. Usually you're better off going with the computer with the dedicated GPU. Here though, it's not so clear, as the Intel HD Graphics 6000 should perform very well for basic video mixing of HD videos. I'm a big fan of the new MacBook Airs, but I don't feel confident to be able to give you any advice when deciding between these machines.
