Split Video Screens

A nice feature would be able to split the video screens to help utilize the space in scratchlive deck in vertical view or which ever.

I would probably do what chelu said. I currently activate the prepare option in serato and make the prepare window slightly bigger than what the output windows take up.

Also with separate windows, place the control effects underneath the window. Have this as an option rather than completely erasing the current setup.

I would put each decks preview in the empty space on the sides and the output preview over the waveforms covering the beat grid thing, since i never use that anyways. It would be perfect :)

see. i like to know where my crossfader is within the output window. its too hard to tell on the a mixer and i have used ME with the rane 57,rane 8 and the pioneer 800/sl-1. and u can never tell where ur at.. i mean i can look on the tvs n stuff but..

Are you trying to get the visual transition right in the center? If so, you could always change the contour in the ME preferences so that there is a little bit of tolerance around the crossfader center - so your audio crossfader will be somewhere near the center, and ME will in the center.

yes i can do that. but im referring to this topic and about just having a output window. maybe within the output window have the ME crossfader. i dunno haha

splitting the screens is a fantastic idea... not sure where i would drop the output window... maybe lower down over the date added/comments etc txt...
