Update to ME 3.2 and serato dj 1.7.4 waves are glitching/jumping

I have a macbook pro 2.3ghz intel core i7 8gb of ram 1600mhz. The Serato Dj version 1.7.4. The problem is that went I open ME the waves on the Serato Dj becoming really glitchy as if they are jumping. If I close ME the waves run smooth.

What year is your comptuer? And what Graphics hardware does it have? Also, what are the dimensions of your output?

Does it glitch if MixEmergency is running but isn't Full-screen?

Yes. I keep having the same issue

I can email a video about the glitch the waves are doing once mix emergency is open and when is not open.

nick i'm having same issue runs fine when only using serato dj. i've tried it with different versions of serato dj but get the same issues . i get my video from vj -pro so i don't think the videos are the issue. What do you have the cache set to in MixEmergency? Does it make any difference if you disable GPU-accelerated video decoding and restart MixEmergency?

If that's under the energy tab I have it un checked I pulled my cache down to 100 my video quality is 90%

Ok so i uninstalled the ME to see if that was problem now I can't reactivated it with my license

It's in the Advanced tab of MixEmergency (where the cache is). Does this happen when you don't have an external output attached as well? For your authorisation code, make sure that you copy and paste it exactly as it was sent to you (often people make errors with the 0's (zeros)). If you're still having problems with this, e-mail me (support@inklen.com) and I will send it out to you again.

it works fine when there is no external output. i can run it full screen on retina display no problems. but as soon as i plug in my monitor it gets glitchy. My serato get choppy and video get a little choppy. disabling GPU accelerator didn't change anything
