hey team team pliz help me someone messed up with my mix emergency setting and mappings so it can't correspond with my serato player plizz i really need help

I need a little more information than this to help you. What exactly is the problem? (Videos aren't playing? Crossfader isn't working? etc).

I'm having a similar issue, the crossfader stops in the center, and on occasion I have to bring the fader back to the center point to get it to complete the transition. It also seems to do it on the upfaders as well. I'm not "super" midi savvy... so I didn't want to tamper with re-assigning or have it re-learning. I was able to map a MPD 24 to function with just Serato Video in the past but I am clearly stomped here.... Thanks
