ME / SERATO UI freeze & flicker when using media bank or finder

When i try and drag & drop a gif from the media bank the UI freezes. This also happens if i open the finder or chrome when running ME. UI Flicker and freeze. Cache is set to 400 mb. It's only GIF files? Perhaps you could send me one of the ones that does this every time.

when i drag and drop any file from MB i get a ui freeze.

What if you simply push the media bank button (without dragging it)?

this problem still exists. when i have serato and ME open... from a finder window when i try to drag and drop any type of media file into the sample player media bank or image or quartz overlay the playing video freezes, UI for serato freezes (audio is fine) after a pinwheel for 25 sec or so. If i close serato... and try this running ME only everything is fine. is there a fix for this. isolated incident. frustrating when performing live.

It sounds as though it may be a Serato DJ issue. If you try this with another application while Serato DJ is running, does the issue occur as well?
