Barely Can See Green Light Indicator

New to ME3, been familiarizing myself with all of the buttons and controls. Just noticed my Green Light indicator that turns on when I click on Serato DJ/Scratch Live button...is barely on the screen. I see the "pin" button, but the Green Light is almost 75% missing from the screen. I've dragged the MixEmergency window out and in. Green Light never is fully displayed on screen. Thanks,

Yeah - this is on purpose. It's not very visible as it's not very important recently, and I almost removed it becuase 99.999% of the time there aren't any issues here.

Thanks for the speedy response. I've been looking up answers to many of my questions. Is there a fix or optimization for the Waves in SDJ being choppy while ME3 is running?

What hardware are you running on? And what do you have your cache size set to?

Mid 2014 13inch Retina. 3.1GHz i7 16GB RAM 512 Pci Flash Storage All videos stored on mobile G-Technology G-Drive w/Thunderbolt 1TB Cache was set to "below the recommended" option that I got with after install of ME 3.0.2. So 300.

In theory it should be fine. What dimensions are you running the output at?

Not sure where to change that info at? When I go to Window --> Info, I have Output that says 320 x 240

But, what about when you're full-screen, with the external monitor attached? Or are the choppy waveforms happening even when you aren't connected to an external monitor?

Choppy wave form happens with full-screen as well. They instantly start being choppy as soon as on start-up of ME. Close ME, not choppy, launch ME then choppy. And I also noticed the output videos have a slight glitchy line across the top portion of the video. The glitchiness happens on the output monitor and when I go fullscreen mode on my laptop, I can see the glitch as well (with no output connected to laptop), so that eliminates the cable.

Even with no videos playing, the you get choppy waveforms?

correct. once I quit/close ME and then play the vid files, the waveforms are not choppy.

If you open the Info window of MixEmergency, what is the average Output FPS that you're getting?

FPS has been reading at 60.5

Ok - that's good :) The good news as the choppy waveforms shouldn't affect the performance of the audio size of Serato DJ, and MixEmergency is still performing well. Would it be possible for you to post a screenshot of how you have MixEmergency set up over Serato DJ? Also, it might be interesting to see if adjusting the Display settings for your internal monitor would have any effect on this? Preferably to something lower than the Retina display size.

Ok, that sounds good. I will work on that and post a pic. I just recently made the switch to Mac, so me navigating to what you are asking of me may take some time.

Just to chime in on this!! I have had the choppy waveforms in serato before and have found a workaround. If I ever get the choppiness, I select the full screen toggle so the screen goes smaller on the external screen, I drag it to the top left and then drag the bottom right of ME screen so it fits the whole screen (So I make it cover the whole screen but it's not in fullscreen mode). Hey presto, all is good and serato performs glitch free! Hope this helps!! :) Keefy

So you are control+click expanding the "smaller" screen so it becomes large? Then what?

That's interesting. In theory, the full-screen mode shouldn't be any different to the windowed mode. What Mac OS version are you seeing this on?
