Set in & out

I would suggest a next request for Mixemergency. I try to find if it's possible to set an In & Out when we need to clean the video quickly :)

Yeah, I can understand that. What do you mean exactly by an In and Out?

Hi Nick, for exemple: I just need to remove the first minute of video. (closing credits, end credits or others...) The timecode 1'00 becomes 0'00. Normally I go to editing software, I remove this part, and then I export a new file. It's too long a process. It would be good to do this in Mixemergency more quickly on the fly (like in VJ software).

Perhaps you could put 2 sliders on the progress bar ... or in a new window with a contextual menu on the media panel and save this video setting for the next load on the deck ;)

Why not just use a cue point...?

not exactly the same. If the video file is shorter than the music track, I'm not sure that is looping to this cue point...

If you offset just the video, then it would be out of sync with the music though.

I don't care about the A/V sync, I do some tricks with ME to simulate a pseudo sync, like VJing. I don't mix hip-hop or pop song with voice sync, I mix long house set, so it's different way ;)
