joshfrazetta Is there anyone out there that has had any luck using your GoPro Hero3+ or 4 with mix emergency with any live feed with the camera? Having wifi I would think there would be some kind of app what you would be able to use this camera. If not I would love to see this fetcher in the future. Any ideas? What do you guys think?
Nick As far as I'm aware, there is no way to get a live feed from this camera outside of the GoPro apps (other than using an HDMI capture card, or something like this).
joshfrazetta I hope GoPro will give us more options with the app with the upcoming update I see huge new potential with the new GoPro Hero4 Night Photo + Night Lapse mode what are you thoughts Nick? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kmxUoSY_YB8
Nick My thoughts are what I've just said - there's no way to do this at the moment, hehe. GoPro would have to allow other developers to access the video feed somehow.
djrobsample Hmmmm... A friend of mine is using his GoPro as a streaming webcam. Not exactly sure how he is doing it but I do know that when he does this the record feature of the camera is disabled. Just to clarify he is not using it in a dj application just as a streaming webcam
DJDVaughan Which browser? This interests me greatly. If you could get someone to walk around with a GoPro on their head during an event that would be rad!
djpoproxxx I'm still waiting for the GoPro live feed feature as well. For now, I use my iPhone 6 with the new olloclip lens attachment (mostly fisheye lens) with Mobiola. Looks like a (wannabe) GoPro, that runs off wifi. So you can walk around, stay put, etc
