There are a few things that you can try: 1) Make sure that "Use External Controller Crossfader" is enabled in the Transition section of MixEmergency's Preferences. 2) Make sure that the "Link Crossfader" button is enabled (it is the button just to the top-left of the crossfader in MixEmergency). 3) If you have Serato Video, make sure that the crossfader is working in this (if it isn't, then MixEmergency can't recieve the crossfader position, so you will need to enable it in Serato Video first).
