recording issue

I am able to record however when I complete my mix and stop recording ME shuts down and only keeps the video not the audio. This only happens for recordings over 10 min what can I do?

I assume you're using the full version? If so, this is very strange. Can you see if you have any crash reports and send them through to me at contact@inklen.com You can find crash reports at this path on you Mac: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/ (where ~ is your home/user folder) Any file that begins with "MixEmergency" would be of interest.

Yes I am using the full version. I just sent you a zip file with all the ME reports. THANKS

Thanks for sending those through to me. I've had a quick look over them and can see that it is in fact the stopping of the audio recording that is causing the crash. I'll have a good look over them/MixEmergency on Monday (it's Saturday here at the moment) and send you an e-mail once I find out more. In the meantime, can you let me know a little more about your system and how you are recording? (i.e. OS, Mac computer type, are you using your Mac's line-in or an external audio interface, etc)
