DJ2TRU I am attempting to be an expert at ME, but I cannot get the CROSSFADER working (MIDI) I am using a RANE TTM56...shouldnt be a problem and i have checked all my preferences..Help
Nick The Rane TTM56 isn't a MIDI capable mixer. You can use the Rane TTM 57SL with MixEmergency, a MIDI capable mixer, or a separate MIDI controller. There are a bunch of mixer's that support MIDI listed here: http://www.inklen.com/forum/comments.php?DiscussionID=42

Nick You can still pick up a cheap little MIDI controller to crossfade the videos, or use MixEmergency's auto-fade via MIDI or keyboard shortcut.
djClint i will not suggest the cheap midi controller been using it for months or almost a year and all of a sudden it gives you a lot of headaches...would suggest the branded ones...
