I believe that you need to open the DJM-900SRT Setting Utility, then set one of the channels (e.g. DECK 4) to MIX(REC OUT). Then in MixEmergency, when you are setting up the recording, select these 2 channels (below the area that allows you to select the mixer as the Device).
