Exporting problem

Weird problem. When i record a mix, the .wav file is complete and contains my whole audio mix. However when i export the clip, it's not complete. I recorded 2 video mixes of 30 mins each and got 15mins and 5 mins export :(. I was so upset i did 1 hour session for nothing. Is it a known bug ? I'm using SSL 2.7 on Macbook air i7 8go ram 512 ssd and recording on external Corsair voyager GS USB 3.0 drive (150 mo/s write)

Do you mean MixEmergency 2.7? If so, can you try updating to MixEmergency 2.7.1 and see if it is able to import the mix correctly?

Hi Nick, Yes i meant ME 2.7 with SSL 2.5 I'm trying right now and report to you. I wand to precise that when recording was done there've been no error messages or else weird stuff. On the log it's just written "stop recording" with no error code or weird stuff.

ME 2.7.1 doesn't make it better. It's weird. I just don't get why it want to give me a 15mins mix when the audio coming with it is more than 40mins......grrrrrrrr

Does ME need to analyse id3 tag of the clip to export ? I have a bug with SSL where the app keeps writing tags of songs again and again. Perhaps it could come from here ?

Hi, I checked yesterday with ME 2.7.1.I Was recording only 720p clips on an external 720p monitor. I was recording with both ME and Quicktime (Quicktime was recording external monitor @720p). I had my usb3.0 drive which disconnected during the mix for unknown reasons (perhaps the MBA was to stressed) so ME stopped recording after almost 18 mins. What is weird is that the recording window was still active. Perhaps you could implement a pop-up when the destination folder is no longer available. It's the fact the system told me my usb drive had been disconnected without being ejected that warned me. So i can't really say if now it's working better or not. That time it stopped working because of the usb disconnection. The previous time i didn't notice usb disconnection (no error message from the system and full audio file). That time the audio file had also stopped. I'll try to make another test during the week-end. Hopefully quicktime was recording on the internal SSD so i could have my full mix recorded.
