Depends on the settings you want to use. I would suggest setting the dimensions to either 1920x1080 or 1280x720. Next, I would select one of the high-quality/fast presets - depending on the frame rate you want to export at. Alternatively you can set up your own export settings. Just be sure to set a frame rate so that MixEmergency knows what frame rate to export at.
