Recording issue

Ok, so I just finished recording a 30min mix using Serato Dj with M.E. After exporting the file I went back to view the .mov file and found that the recorder only recorded the music from my left deck. How do I fix this issue so I can record from both sides?

Great :) So, when you go to record, in MixEmergency below where you select the recording device, make sure that the last 2 channels are selected (by default they're set to 1 & 2 - but the last 2 channels - I think it's 11 & 12 - are the main mix).
