video camera using ME

MixEmergency can display QuickTime compatible cameras using the Video Input section of the Overlays window. If the camera isn't compatible with streaming via QuickTime, then it won't work though.

I don't have a list... most USB webcams (if they're compatible with Skype, or an application like this, and they're available for Mac, then they should be compatible with QuickTime), DV (Firewire) camers (if your Mac has a Firewire port), some iPhone streaming apps, etc.

You'll need some sort of HDMI capture device. I believe that you can do this with some of the Black Magic products - but you would need to contact them to know for sure if it'll work.

You need a blackmagic intensity extreme and can only connect it with hdmi/thunderbolt so there is no delay. The wifi has a 4 sec delay using quicktime or vlc

i just have, and tried but when i connected the software, this do not reconoce the camera and neither the computer reconece the black magic. How can i do to make this work, this need a especial configuration?
