MIDI mapping problem with DDJSX

Hey I have a pioneer ddjsx mixer, and traktor kontrol X1 and have mapped the X1 with mix emergency and serato dj, that works fine. However when I move the jog wheel and pitch fader on the DDJSX it triggers some of the effects on the mix emergency. Can anyone tell me how to disable this on the DDJSX please? Thanks in advance

It sounds like you have a MIDI conflict (2 different controls on the devices that are sending the same MIDI message). Is it possible for you to change which MIDI messages the Traktor Kontrol X1 sends?
