Trying to export a video mix i did and for three hours now it has not finished exporting on the fourth pass

How long is the video mix? And at what dimensions (e.g. 640 x 360) are you exporting it at? The multi-pass exports can take a long time, simply because they need to recreate your entire mix 4 times - if you want a quick export, I would recommend that you use a single-pass preset (the ones that mention "Fast encode").

its 1 hour 50nminutes let me try the fast encode was using 800 by 600

I wouldn't recommend exporting at 800 x 600 - it's not likely a format that your videos have been encoded to. Perhaps try 640 x 480?

I tried to export it but now i get the error message could not flatten your video.

Ok - it's likely that you don't have enough free space on your drive to perform the final action. If this happens again, don't push the "OK" button... instead: go to the folder that you are exporting the file to. In this folder should be a file with the same name as your exported video, but with the file extension ".temp". Rename this file to something else, for example, "My Movie.mov" - just so long as it doesn't have the same name as the file you are exporting. Then push "OK" in MixEmergency. The file that you have renamed will contain your exported mix.

i recorded my mix but after rendering the video isnt clear its green, so what the problem
