Output Video - Discoloration, wrong video colors

Hi, I'm new here to MixEmergency. Just starting using the software and all my video that I load to the output screen have weird colors, not the original colors of my video. I am also projecting the video using my HDMI to my LED TV. I know its not the TV because the when I play my video in another player, they play good. It seems like some kind of effect is turned on causing this to happen but I can't figure it out.

Can you please upload a screenshot of the output monitor? What hardware are you using with Scratch Live/Serato DJ? I would also suggest checking the FX sections of MixEmergency, including the FX Sequencer window and the Mixer FX window to see if any of these effects are being applied to your video.

I am using Numark NS6 with Serato DJ. I did check the FX Section and made sure everything was turned off, well at least I think it is. I will upload a picture tonight of both my laptop screen and my output tv so you can see the difference.

Hi Nick, Alright, uploaded the pictures to my website. Link : http://www.djaysavoie.com/mixemergencyissues.zip Iv'e named the pictures so you can understand the situation. Basically, the video with the high red saturation is the one not displaying properly, and only from mix emergency. When video is played with QuickTime, works ok. Really need help on this,have a show next Saturday and stuck with this problem... Not a show stopper but, just not the right quality of video.

If you go into MixEmergency's Preferences, to the Display section, is Enable Color Correction turned on? If so, can you try turning it off?

I would try going into the System Preferences, to the Display section, and Calibrating the Color profile, just to make sure it's fine.

Alternatively, you could turn on the Enable Color Correction Preference in MixEmergency, and then adjust the brightness/contrast/saturation until you get the desired image.

Hi Nick, Got it fixed, had to go to System Prefs / Display / Colors Profile and then select Show Profiles For My Display Only, then I selected the correct one. Another profile was selected before that causing the issue. Thank you for the help. Hope this can help anyone down the road.
