That transition is a currently unreleased transition. DJ Daddydog has it because he sent us an e-mail with ideas for scratching/beat-juggling transitions that resulted in this transition being produced. Once it is ready it will be released as a "Plug-in of the Week" just like all our other transition and effect plug-ins.

I think that one is Two Up SE (or something like that). It's not available yet (i.e. it's still in the testing stage). Once that is done it will be put in the queue to be released as our weekly plug-in.
