PIP

Hey Nick Just a suggestion...Some type of PIP. So, this club I am at tonight wants me to play this TV show because of this them night, and the actor is here tonight, so they want his show on the TV's... It would be nice to put the DJ video in a PIP box or something. I have the drop down set to "Mixemergency" for now, and when I'm ready to start doing video,ill set the drop down to "Scrachlive" but, it would be cool to have them both going..like a PIP box..does that make sense? Im think there might be a way to do is with the "Use advanced output" and set some new mapping, but if there was a PIP button, it would make it a lot easier.. Just a suggestion

An interesting idea. Currently the only way to do this would be to arrange them in an application such as Resolume, VDMX, etc.

Yea, thats what i figured.... I just thought that might be a cool little add on...So, you can DJ out the main window, but drag a video file to a PIP window...and it won't be disrupted by the DJ video..so, maybe it only displays on the Main channel, this way when you switch left/right, it doesn't affect it. and maybe there is a "switch" button, that will let you switch the Video file to the main window, and the DJ video to the PIP window,,,and then you can move the PIP window around like you do a regular Image file. (X, Y) Just an idea...

Or you can purchase an Edirol V4 or V8 or better yet the efx unit. set ya back a couple grand tho
