What are the best performance output settings to use when Running MixEmergency on 13" Macbook Pro?

So I've done a lil' bit of research before on this and many don't advice to using a 13" MacBook Pro because it has a shared graphics card, some said it works as long as the transition effects are simple. I have used it in the past for a 4 hr period using simple transitions and luckily had no issues. But I would like to make sure if there are better settings. So with that said, what settings do you suggest for the output to get the best possible picture on screen without it jittering? You should be fine - just don't expect to be running full HD videos with complex Quartz Composition overlays and 8 effects at once in the FX Sequencer :) The best thing to do, if you do have problems (low frame rates, etc), would be to reduce the dimensions of your external display, and make sure that MixEmergency's windows don't overlap any moving parts of Scratch Live/Serato DJ (e.g. the waveforms, virtual decks, etc), as these can put a lot more stress on the graphics system.

also encode using handbrake and keep the bit rate between 1500-2000kbps anything higher will stress the system
