USB Dropouts When I play HD Vidoes

so you put modulous at 16? I kept it at 2. Is that going to affect it? What's the difference between 16 and 2?

just look things up bro,google anything you don't know about handbrake or anything else. i just messed with settings until i realized that's where i get the best quality...so i'm giving you a shortcut to hours of trial and error...my 640x360 videos almost look as good as the HD video source...the HD videos stay pretty much the same after conversion. If you don't have dedicated graphics,i'd recommend you stay @ 640x360 until you buy a better/higher spec Macbook Pro 15" ...be careful too,the're some 15" with no dedicated Graphics...

Thanks Deejay Core, it seems to have helped out the problem somewhat. Sorry for the questions, but I was going through trial and error too using that and I can understand the frustration. I am only downloading 640x360 videos for now. So the issue is because I have an intergrated graphics card? I was thinking about uping the ram to 8 gbs.... that wouldn't help resolve the issue though, huh?

I noticed that playing hd vj-pro vidz the CPU usage in serato dj Beta would rise a lot so I just use standard definition videos they still look great on the clubs projectors...

djkayg the ram isn't as big a deal as the Graphics card to decode those videos...i'm spinning with 4GB of ram but i'm on a Mid 2012 15" with a Nvidia GT 650 card which is almost GTX power...no issues at all...but i'm going to go up to 8GB RAM just to be safe...more ram is always good.i get 640x360 from my subscription but i make some my self and if you start with a HD video,there's very little difference on a quality projector with those settings in Handbrake :-) With integrated,just re-encode the 640x360 to 1000-1500kbps and you'll be alright !! 2500kbps and higher is hard on integrated cards.
