midi mode analog missing

hi there, i'm tryin' a new midi-mapping for my n.i. x1 (so far everything works out fine with the old mapping) but for this new one, i need to use the analog mode within the midi-mapping process ... the only problem is, i don't have that option from the drop-down menue. only 50% on - off and 50% toggle so it seems ... a friend of mine has that analog mode as an option, both with our respective midi-controllers connected OR disconnected. any clues? thx in advance, scorp

Which control is this for? Some controls (like ones that trigger things, for example the presets) don't have this option. The options are also different for MIDI Note and MIDI Control Change messages.
