MIDI Mapping with Korg Nano Pad

Hey guys. Having some trouble mapping MIDI with the Korg Nano pad. Im just trying to map some effects to turn on and off in the FX Sequencer. I click on midi to map. click the 1st button mix emergency. click pad on korg and it maps. Easy. Then when I go to map the second it will map. but now the second button will turn on and off the 1st one and vice versa. Any ideas? Thanks!

What is the MIDI control number that MixEmergency has mapped for both these controls? (it'll be displayed when you bring up the MIDI mapping window for the MixEmergency button)

They both say "note 49"

It sounds as though both buttons are sending out the same MIDI note. Is there an editor for the hardware that allows you to change which notes are sent?
