Just got ME, Media windows not showing video preview

Hi there just got me, when i load mp4 video clips to the media bank i just get th quicktime mp4 logo and not the screen shot of the video clip, am i missing a setting somewhere? osx 10.8.4 6gb ram 512mb video using serato dj 1.2.1 hack with ssl 2.5.0 Cheers.

If they're not showing up by themselves (by default it uses the preview from the OS), then you can load it up the clip up to a channel, and use the Capture Image button, shown here (button #4 in the Transport View): http://www.inklen.com/mixemergency/manual/controlwindow/
