Yes. The easiest way to do this (if setting them up before-hand) is to temporarily enable Serato Video, an use the Scratch Live video assocation feature (which MixEmergency supports). MixEmergency has a built-in association feature (the "Link to Audio" button on the Transport view of the Control Window) - but this only works with certain versions of Scratch Live.
