Pixelated PNG files

Hey guys. Just loaded up my ME 2.2.0 & noticed the PNG file overlay i use is all pixelated & barely readable. When loaded into 1.7 it looks perfect & has been fine for over 2 years, but 2.2 is no good. Has their been any changes i should know about? The photoshop psd file is RGB & 8 bits/channel. I even tried upping it to 16 bits/channel but that was even worse. I even tried saving the PNG file as interlaced but it did nothing. Any idea?

loading it as a overlay in the 'Image' tab i'll send the png thru now.

Hey Nick. Managed to solve the problem thanks to VDJ Masta K. He said to delete all 3 versions of ME (1.7, 2.1, 2.2) off my Mac & just re-install 2.2. I did that & it worked perfect. Thanks for the help

Hey - apologies for not getting back to you sooner. I'm still a little confused as to how this might have occurred (I've tested the image here, and it has been working fine for me), but I'm glad to hear that you've got it working now too.

Hello i have the same problem, my logo png overlay quality is good when i use it in video sl but in ME it looks blurry i did what dezastar too, not just that i did a fresh install of mountain lion 10.8.3 and installed ME 2.2 but the bad quality still there any suggestions? thanks in advance.

I'm having the same problem. I didn't have the problem before 2.2. Just noticed it because I haven't used any logos for a while. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sent it a few hours ago. I also tried reverting to 1.1 and it still looked the same.
