Pioneer DJM 850

Hi Nick, I've previously used the Pioneer DJM 800 with ME (midi with channel faders and crossfader) with no problem but having no luck doing the same with the Pioneer DJM 850. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I wouldn't have thought the mixer would be much different to map. If you enable logging, in MixEmergency's MIDI window, are you able to see MIDI input when you move the crossfader?

Yup I am. It does turn green but it doesn't seem to work. I went back to a DJM 800 and it works fine...I'm really confused.

So, when you go to assign the crossfader, and push either the little "refresh" button in the top-left, or the button that reads "LEARN NEW CONTROL", the new MIDI control isn't assigned? (i.e. if you're doing the "Learn new control" option, then a new MIDI mapping should appear)

No, a MIDI control isn't assigned. I wonder if anyone else is having that problem...

Can you copy and paste some of the output in the MIDI logging window that gets added when you move the crossfader?
