Nick MixEmergency 1 licenses start with "ME1", and can be used on MixEmergency up to version 2.1. MixEmergency 2 licenses start with "ME2", and can be used on MixEmergency 2.0 up to version 3.0.

Nick On the second page of the purchase page there is an option to put in your coupon (and update the price). Alternatively, there should also be a direct link to the FastSpring store in the e-mail you were sent that automatically applies the coupon for you.
Nick I sent an e-mail through to you just now. Where did you find that link? It should be redirecting to www.inklen.com/mixemergency/support (which it doesn't appear to be)
