Hey Nick...so it's been a while with ME running great until I updated Serato DJ and ME to the latest versions. Now this rapid/erratic MIDI behavior is back :( Essentially, when I go through the usual MIDI mapping with the DDJ-SX, the MIDI commands seem to "jump" around, causing it to cycle through in rapid succession. I've tried everything - including reverting to older versions of ME - with no luck. The ONLY command I'm able to fix is the crossfader that starts that way, but then when I change the CC (0-127) to anything other than 43 (the CC it automatically picks up), it works normally however I can't replicate this with other mappings. Unfortunately there's no new DDJ-SX firmware update that can help this time either. Have you seen this before and if so, how can I fix it. Using Serato DJ 1.6.2, ME 2.5.1, OS X 10.9.2, and DDJ-SX w/ 1.07 (latest) firmware.
