Frozen on start up

Hi Nick ME seems to hang once it has opened. I force quit and restart but fail to et past hang... Please help. Kina

I uninstalled, deleted all ME folders and reinstalled. Unsure what causes the 'hang'.

it's still hanging? Even after you remove the MixEmergency folder in your Movies folder?

No. It doesn't hang anymore.

Ok. Do you still have the original MixEmergency folder, or have you deleted it?

i deleted it. when i reinstalled, the folders were put back.
