Hello ME forums, this is my first post. thought i'd reach out here and see if anyone had any advise. i was mixing at the club last week, using the clubs Pioneer djm900nexus. I'm using scratch live v2.3. i midi assigned ONLY the crossfader on the pioneer mixer. during my set, the left side started speeding up, almost like a 45rpm speed. the right side still played fine. i quickly ejected the video on the left deck, BUT every video i reloaded on the left side after that glitch, had the same problem, the video will automatically playback at a very fast speed, almost like a 45rpm speed. the only fix was to restart the program. some of my friends advised that i may have been experiencing conflicting midi messages. prior to playing that night, i dumped ALL prior midi assigned functions and wanted to start from fresh, but the glitch still existed. i am using a mbp 10.7.2, ssl 2.3 and ME 1.7 (yeah i know, its an older version, but it's always worked for me). any advise on how i can prevent this from happening again? sorry, i don't have the mixer here with me, its at the residency, but any advise is appreciated. thanks!
