Mix Emergency grey output on certain videos..........

When I play certain videos (on the latest release of ME) the output turns grey. Any idea of what's causing this?

I've never seen anything like this before. Is it reproduceable? (i.e. is there a specific video that always does this?)

There's actually a few vidz that it happens to.

Would it be possible for you to send me one of those videos so I can try to reproduce the issue? I've sent you an e-mail, by the way.
