henrygq ok.. for some reason i cant load any mp4s.. i would shut off ME and then load up vsl.. it would work, and then shut off vsl, and load ME again.. and bam cant load anything again??? help
Nick I assume that you're using 1.4.0? Can you check that: 1) In the "plugins" tab of Scratch Live's setup screen that you have "enable Video-SL plugin" selected. 2) In MixEmergency you have Scratch Live selected as the controller (at the top right corner of MixEmergency's main preview window) and that the status light to the right of it is coloured green. If it is still not working, then in MixEmergency try setting the controller to "MixEmergency" and then back to "Scratch Live" and see if that solves the problem.
henrygq yes i am using 1.4, i just picked it up the other day... and that was it.. i didnt know i had to have the vsl enabled. didnt even know we needed the program! haha thank god i have it anyways haha, so is that all ? n thnx nick
Nick You only need Video-SL installed and enabled to import video files into your library and to display the "All Videos..." playlist (and you never need to actually run it if you're using MixEmergency, i.e. don't push the "Video" button in Scratch Live). Once videos are imported you can load them as normal with the regular Scratch Live keyboard short-cuts (shift-left or shift-right).
