problems with midi mapping

ok.. i was able to map the up n down faders on my djm800 but cant get the crossfader to work:( it gives me a number 11 when i try it over n over n over.. i tried deleting all presets and nothing.. any help >?

Hey henrygq - that's strange. What are you using to connect your DJM800's MIDI out to your computer? Can you: 1) plug in your mixer 2) fade your DJM800 crossfader to the left 3) open MixEmergency 4) open the MIDI window (you can use the keyboard short-cut "apple-8") 5) enable the "Log MIDI Messages" checkbox 6) move your DJM800 crossfader slowly to the right and then back to the left 7) copy and paste the output from the MIDI window and post it below in this forum discussion 8) you should also then disable the "Log MIDI Messages" checkbox

never mind..i got it.. i just wasnt waving the mouse over the right area... i was over the crossfader, but it needed to be under and to the left a little... weird.
