2.4.3 & ME

I downloaded new 2.4.3 and the controls do not work for me. The upfaders and crossfader on my ttm57 are not linked to ME. I have clicked on the crossfader and fader links but it is still not working. The videos are playing but there is no controls.

Looks like ME 2.1 was just released to fix this? I cant confirm as i am not at my computer.

@fcprod 2.1 was released a while back...but it seems that the new serato 2.4.3 which was released yesterday may have changed something to make it not compatible anymore. ME 2.1 was good with serato 2.4, 2.4.1, and 2.4.2....

I'm unable to test this right this second (as I'm not in the office), but can you try enabling and opening Serato Video, and then making sure that the crossfader and upfaders are linked there. Then see if it's now working in MixEmergency. If so, then disable and close Serato Video, and see if it continues to work.

Hey Nick i got it working only if i serato video is activated at the same time ME is running. I restarted serato and did not hit the serato video tab and i am not able to control the videos the faders. Once i hit serato video button then it works. But obviously there is a strain and frame rates are cut in half.

What happens if you then disable Serato Video (without restarting)? Is MixEmergency still able to use the controls?

that is the only way that it can be controlled if serato video and ME are running. I do hit the serato video to disable and the faders work in ME but i believe serato video still runs in background. As i said before there is noticible stress and frames are a lot less than if ME is just running by itself

Is Serato SL 2.4.3 causing issues with only the Rane TTM57? I'm wondering if the Rane 62 will work ok with SL 2.4.3 and ME.

Same problem here with the 62. Didn't have time to test it yesterday so I just used 2.4.2. I'll try the workaround suggested later today.

Apparently there is some problems but what i have read is that Nick is already working on this issue? I believe he was in Vegas for VDJC so hopefully we will get a resolution to this issue soon. I just DL SL 2.4.2 until then.

oh shit. i've been in vegas for VDJC2 the past week. i've updated and have not been home to test it on the 62. serato serato serato. i'm so glad my gigs are using pio mixers so i use the SL2. my gigs wont' be affected. but this needs to be fixed.

if i select Serato Video in the plugins tab the unselect it my fader work fine on my 68
