EXPORT FORMAT ONLY MOV FILE?

Nick, I Would to Export My Video Mix, Export as MP4, Or AVI, but the export option is locked on mov file (and can only export my video mix as a mov, and can not change?) How can I fix thing option to export, so I export my video mix as a mp4 or AVI? Thanks for your help!

If you don't use one of the supplied presets, then you should be able to select an "Export to MP4" option at the bottom of the screen. It's a little more complicated to set up in the options in order to get a decent export (i.e. the defaults won't give you good results).

Where are the supplied presets at? And how do install them? and what the best settings to export mp4?

I meant the presets that are already there (for the MOV file).
