installed files

When ME is installed does it install any files that cannot be easily removed? Is it just a single plug-in or does in place files in multiple locations. I ask because I have a dedicated install and I want to make sure that is stays as pristine as possible....and I also want to start testing ME as well. Thanks!!

The files that are used/installed/created by MixEmergency are: - MixEmergency.app: the application, which you've most likely dragged into your Applications folder. - MixEmergency settings/data/plug-ins: these are all contained in a folder called "MixEmergency" that is located in your Movies folder.

So you don't see any issues then if I had to remove ME that any preference files or anything would be left except for those that you listed above. And that the system would be exactly like it was (assuming I removed those files) after deleting them.

Ah, there will also be a com.inklen.MixEmergency file that you can remove from ~/Library/Preferences/com.inklen.MixEmergency.plist if you really really want to.
