Hi Nic, i was updating mix emergency 2.0...the problem am encounting is that am not getting the transition fader on the control unit,so am stuck with one transition...i tried deleting mix emergency and putting back on but am still not getting the transition fader.went also into preferences ,all the settings seen ok,but cant get the fader bar in the control window. Need Help. thanks

I've got a behringer djx700 at home and i used a pioneer djm 850 at work...i got the problem when i updated mix emergency 2.0 ,any chance i can download the old version of mix emergency or any suggestion. thxs for the quick response

Yes, I got your e-mail. I think I misunderstood what problem you were having. Basically, on the Control window, each of the 3 sections has little tabs on the right side. The effect views are in the second tab (which is what is selected in the center channel of the screen shot that you have sent through). You want to select the first tab. This first tab will have the transition controls on it.

Oh ok,i did not see the little tab,i have been spending hours looking for the transition fader,silly me.Thanks for that. I have also videos in flv format,the audio comes up on serato but cant get the visual on ME. I've tried changing the format to mp4 and others but then serato doesnt detect them But when i used video_SL the flv videos works fine....How can i get them to work in ME

Do you have Perian installed? Generally I wouldn't recommend using FLV files.
