2.4.2 [no plug in] Video not showing up

After upgrading to 2.4.2 Scratch live, under Plugins.. we don't have that feature as before, clicking VIDEO-SL.. so now on my crates, the video section doesn't pop up. Am I the only one? Sorry if someone else might have mentioned this already, I wasn't able to find it.

Video-SL won't show up when using Scratch Live 2.4 - you need to install Serato Video.

I know that, but im saying, im using ME..how do i get the video tab to come up? i'll attach a screenshot.
