djmpulse Is there away to not have the slider reset to the default value when you reload a quartz file? For example the Explosion Quartz, I always have to move the feedback slider to towards the left every time the quartz loads. Thanks.
Nick The easiest way to do this is to set the defaults in the Quartz Composition itself. If you open the Explosion Quartz Composition in Quartz Composer* and use the keyboard shortcut "apple-t" it should open up the patch parameters in the main Editor window. From here you can move the Feedback parameter to a setting you'd like to use as the default and then re-save the composition. The next time you load it in MixEmergency it will default to the new parameter that you've set. * If you don't have the Quartz Composer application then you need to install the Developer Tools that are included on your Mac OS X install DVD.
